“Professional. Great communication. It’s the little differences that convinced me to choose this company. They knew about their chemicals and the importance of using only what was necessary. They never implied that more was better. In terms of outlets experience we have a contract for a years, but we set up an auto text the week prior each quarterly treatment to specify the date for the next treatment. They account for the weather so treatment isn’t washed away by rain before being affective. They worked with me to plan for the least necessary amount of chemical for our needs, without unnecessary treatments for irrelevant critters- if they are not bothering me, they can be where they are . Even though the mechanics of the treatment are straightforward, it is applied by someone who’s experienced and finessed the treatment based on checking with us about where we see the ant trails and wasp nests. Finally, I’m always able to get through to a human in the phone if I need to reschedule. As a person reluctant to use insecticides, I’ve been please with the service.”

They ask if there is anything specific to focus or concentrate on. It started to rain heavily so they said they would come back and re-do the outside. Would recommend”
