“The sales people of this company are liars! They were going door to door in my neighborhood selling services to people. The sales person told me if I decided I didn't want the service or didn't find it useful I could "fire" him at any time. No obligation. Then I find out he lied and I'm tied in for a year service that I don't want. The service was not useful and I didn't need to continue with them. When I call to cancel I get the BS about a termination fee. I plan to change them back and never do business with them ever again. Horrible company and dishonest sales people!”
