“I’m leaving this review as Mr. Lewis is & has been extremely professional since taking over as my quarterly service exterminator in June 2025. After my previous service technician moved to another company after years of great service I was definitely going to find a new exterminator due to the terrible coordination of service. If not for Mr. Lewis’s professionalism & sincere interaction with me & my family I would have changed exterminator’s in June. Paramount has not properly scheduled my appointments for the last 2 years. I just have people show up, which as anyone can imagine is extremely challenging as the lack of coordination results in me paying for just the outside of my home being treated if no one is home when they randomly show up. To Mr. Lewis manager, he saved you a customer & should be commended for his customer service!!!”
