“Management's customer service is unprofessional in the way they handle customers' questions, requests and complaints. I have used them in the past and am not sure why a company would treat someone this way. It was too much in asking for a courtesy call to inform me a technician was on his way. Other companies do this so you have time to be home in case you are at the store or briefly away from the home. They do this by a text message with the technician's name and picture. This would be helpful in the future for customers. Because I have asked for this in the past several times, they decided that I am no longer a customer of theirs. Extremely unprofessional.”
