“My partner and I are very displeased with the responsiveness of Rocket currently, they have been handling rodent and termite issues for our rental, but recently, since we needed more rodent trappings we have had issues getting them to pick up and call us back. We have rats trapped in our attic right now, since the completed exclusion, and have remediation scheduled for Monday but we haven't heard back from them to get the rats handled. We CANNOT start remediation with rats still in the attic, and are also worried they will do even more damage in the attic or possibly chew there way into the home. Lastly, the termites have been handled alright, but we still need to know how to prep for there work and without any calls back we are sitting ducks.
