“Been using green tech almost 6 months I think. Recently had a monthly service on autopay and the price jumped up $39 from $50 making it $89. Green tech failed to reach out and inform me of price increase or while the technician was even in our home performing the service. Green tech has on multiple occasions sent a technician out to the home for monthly service and nobody has been home to let them in because we are away from the home and they didn’t notify us or make an appointment. Company truly doesn’t care about its customers, I called in to find out why the price had jumped up $39 on my autopay without informing me. I was told it was based on a note on the sq footage of the house from MONTHS ago that the technician had made. Granted she reduced the price to the agreed $50 but why would I stay with a company who treats me like this for their service?”

“There's an employee at this company that drives a white beat up pick-up truck with pro gun stickers all over it. Also has a big white flood light across the front. This morning the driver of that truck comes barreling down to palm harbor in the turn lane one US 19. We all have to deal with these rednecks from time to time. So the guy rides up on my bumper as we go into a red light. I guess I'm not racing to the red light fast enough for him. He turns on his flood lights. At this point I stop completely. This moron then starts to get out of his truck on US 19 and approach my vehicle. Idk at this point what the fool is doing but he's about 150 lbs of white trash and I'm a trained fighter. Also florida is an open carry state (for me too) and this guy, with his gun/rednecks stickers- who knows what he's doing. He sees the size of my arms and has a second thought. Gets back in his truck and drives off through the ditch in the grass. Once we get to the next light I try to instruct him of his ignorance and the danger he was in/causing. Copped deuces and starts looking dumb. Reckless and crazy is not what I look for in my pest control workers.”

“We had an attic full of rats and Ryan was our hero!!! He placed 12 traps and a couple of sticky mats in the attic, then fixed all the holes in the soffits and garage, plus placed 4 bait traps outside the house. He was extremely knowledgable on how to eradicate the rats inside and outside, so they won't get back into the attic. I would recommend Green-Tech over anybody else out there, they are the best.
