“When I encountered poor follow-up regarding paid services, there was no record of previous calls I made to resolve the issue, and I was told a manager can call within 24-48 hours. The follow-up on paid services is very lacking. I would definitely not recommend their services. Finally, when pressed about providing services at particular dates, some responses were "denied entry," and we are required to pay for services not rendered.”
