“Editing my review from one to two stars after finally speaking with a manager, Samantha McGowan, I give you five stars. You treated me like a person, you listened and you understood my problem and you fixed it. I really appreciate it. But I'm not going to forget that it took a month of me calling repeatedly (6 times) to be able to get a hold of you, I'm not going to forget the way that I was treated on the phone prior to speaking to you, I'm not going to forget that your company sent me to collections before even sending me a past due notice, and I'm not going to forget that Griifin attempted to scam continued service and past due amounts even after I made it clear that I did not want to continue service long before. I hired your company to treat my ex husband's house for fleas to protect my children, and you claimed you couldn't get ahold of him, and in the one year of service that I prepaid for, you never one treated the interior of his house or contacted me to communicate the difficulty. I would find out after the fact when I received an emailed service report stating that they were unable to get a hold of the homeowner so they treated the exterior of the house for spiders. Not at all helpful. And when I contacted Griffin about that issue, I was blown off. Unimpressed, but at least finally resolved.”

“(1) This company has posted on google 7 telephone numbers to “attempt” to speak to someone on an issue. (2) call back finally someone responded with another number. (3) extended warranty is overpriced. (4) the “responding” individual’s attitude poor with little concern about the issue or regard to a “long time” customer. (5) avoid this company for customer service.”
