“Do not use Pest Pros of Michigan unless you like paying bills for no reason. Contacted Pest Pros several months ago to address our bat issue. They insisted that the house had evidence of a rodent issue as well (we never noticed it but do not live in the house so trusted them). We have been charged for the initial visit, 2 rodent visits (guess what? No evidence of rodents in the traps they said we needed. They also tried to sell on regular visits to check these traps.), and now have finally started working on the bat issue. They get on the roof to seal up the possible entry points and notice there are other areas that they did not notice during their initial assessment (they charged a fee for this initial visit but didn't do a proper job, so we should pay for that??!?!). These new areas will cost us more to address... So, more bills and nothing has even been done to remove the bats. Yes, I understand that the temps need to be warmer to evict the bats but I wonder how many more bills I'm going to receive in the meantime. It is not honest and fair dealing.”
