We tease each other that he will be here at 7:30 in the morning, and by 7:29, I had better open the front door, since he'll be standing there! He is a real pro, and on the extremely rare times that he needs to come back, he is always back within a day or so even though he already had a full day planned. On a basis of 1-10, I'd rate Kevin an 11! Yeah, his pricing and service is THAT good! Be sure to ask him about the "atmospheric" warranty. I've teased him about that forever!”
