“We never received our quote so we called back to check in and were scheduled for today. No one ever confirmed with us. Called back and they said they still don’t have a quote. 11 days later. They want to look at it again. Someone from their company was already out to look and gave us a bill for that. We would still be waiting if we hadn’t chased them down. I paid thousands of dollars to have termite damage fixed only to possibly have more waiting for them to never get back to me. An entire day wasted. People take off of work for scheduled appointments and lose money when they do. This is not right.”
