“Been a customer for awhile. Had over 5 different technicians. They reschedule appointments often - which is troublesome when I'm changing my schedule to be home for inside service. Finally decided to terminate service with them in November 2016...yet I paid for a year service upfront. Been around 4 weeks now that I keep calling and getting "a manager will call you back" with no response or refund. Technicians have been great - but their office doesn't seem to have any communication with them...and office and managers obviously don't want me as a customer. After 4 weeks...I write this review in hopes they actually call me back. Looking for pest control?? Look elsewhere!!!!!”
