“I had an appointment January 22 for a termite inspection. The young man came & looked for my bait traps - he said that all he would do was locate them & then someone else would have to come back at a later date to inspect. The next morning I got a phone call saying I owed them $175.00 - I said for what - they said termite inspection. I told them the man did not do an inspection so therefore I owed them nothing. I then decided to go to another Pest Control Company. I called them & scheduled another appt. on February 4th so they could pull up the bait traps. They did not show up at my house for the appointment. They have continued to call & text me several times a day - I have sent them 2 letters & called them back & asked for a supervisor - I get put on hold for 20 minutes & nobody comes back. Every time I call the Smithfield office I get someone else - they won't allow calls to go there anymore. They continue to text & call me several times a day saying I owe them money. I had someone at my house working on my generator when their employee came & did nothing - they witnessed the whole thing. I also have security cameras to prove they did not do an inspection. I have asked for them to stop calling me - this is borderline harassment. I have never seen a business run like this.”
