“One of their employees, a young man, came to my house today and, when I requested a business card, ID, or his name, flatly refused to give it to me. So, I refused him entry. He then refused to come back later in the day with the apartment management, because he didn't like our interaction according to them, so they will be coming back on Tuesday of next week, which will be another day off of work for me to deal with him. Very unprofessional as any business should be prepared to have their employees identify themselves AND be able to provide proof of necessary licenses and insurance to an individual to enter a person's home. ETA: He was wearing a red shirt and jeans. The shirt had nothing on the front that identified him. The back had the logo and such, but he was facing forward when he visited my apartment. Also, regardless of what my apartment community knew of him, I did not and no one from the apartment community was with him. I pay the rent here and I pay the insurance as well. Legally, I can ask for identification and proof of licences and insurance.”
