“They started off doing a fair job but it was always an issue to get our inside service done that was part of cost. They would service the outside and just put invoice on door without coming inside so I would always have to call to get them to come back out to get inside done. It was never easy to get the full service that I paid for as I always had to fit there schedule instead of me the paying customer fitting mine. This happened on my last visit so I e-mailed to get inside rescheduled and was blown off. When I requested to cancel my service I was e-mailed back in a very rude manor. I guess they forget that we the customers are the reason they have a business. I will find a service that values me as a customer and can provide me with the service that I pay for.”
