“I'm a stay at home mom, the person that signed me up told me I could cancel at any time. This was a scam to get me to sign up. We came on financial hardships and I had a compromised debit card and instead of compassion and understanding I got a sarcastic person that told me nothing would be done because I "signed a contract". These people go door to door and look for people that are distracted. I was very distracted that day and just wanted to be done. I'm sick of being preyed on by leaches that don't care and just demand your money. I will never use them again. Oh and I had services for 7 months, my "cancelation fee" is over $200. Do not use them. You can get products that work just as good yourself without having to deal with their garbage. It's also a pain scheduling extra visits and "warranty work". You have a monthly fee because they split up the costs of several service calls, that's what the lady on the phone said. I have anxiety and being attacked over the phone was not what I needed the day before valentine's day. Do not use them they are leaches out for your money. They do not care about their customers at all.”
