“I originally started service years ago with Hole in One before they merged and is now Peachtree Pest Control. I called to inquire about having them come out to spray. Previously I was paying $75 a quarter. Once they merged the consultant that came out advised me it's now $99 a quarter. I proceeded with the service. I called today 2/15/26 to inquire when my next appointment wilk be for someone to come out and spray. The young lady that answered advised that I can have them come back out anytime. She proceeded to tell me I was on a $176 quarterly package. Which I knew nothing about. I told her I would like to just cancel service but since service is already paid through the end of Feb, I requested to still have them come out to spray again since I paid more than I was advised. She scheduled my appointment and advised me that someone from the Retention Team would call me back. Later that day someone called and left a voicemail that the request to stop my service has been submitted. I called back to confirm voice email left. Another young lady naturally asked if there was anything they can do to maintain my service. I repeated everything from my prior conversation and wanted to confirm cancelation and the appointment made for 27th. She advised me since I canceled service the appointment was canceled as well. Which makes no sense considering my account is paid until end of month. If I cancel my cable and prepaid until the end of month. Guess what I'll still have service until the end of my bill cycle. She asked if I would like to cancel the cancelation in order to keep the appointment and call back to later cancel. Absolutely not. Why would I do that when I've paid for the services already and should be able to have the final service requested. This is BS and they know it. First they lied providing inaccurate information in order for me to sign up for the service because I would have never agreed to pay $176 a quarter. I refuse to do business with a company that lies to get customers service. Next steps is to file a complaint with BBB. Thank you for taking my money and not providing the service I am rightfully owed.”
