“We had this company for termite protection. We were told, by the builder, it was one year of service. We let Peachtree know that we would not be using their company after our year was up (we closed 2/15). They came and uninstalled debates several days before our one year is up. Please see the corresponding messages. BEWARE!! You will not get a full year of service, if you decide you do not want to renew! I know it is just a few days early, and to most people it does not matter. However, it seems like a lot of companies are lacking accountability, and are trying to get over on customers. And I’m tired of it. So, beware!”

“Before being bought out by Peachtree Pest Control, Hole-in-One Pest was always nice, always attentive, always willing to go above and beyond, but since they were purchased by Peachtree we felt like no one remembered who we were and it didn't feel the same so we decided to go with a different company. The warm customer service we once counted on diminished severely after the sale.”

“We used Hole-In-One for years, and were grandfathered in when they were apparently bought out by this company. These new guys just show up on your property when they want to, without any courtesy calls, and demand you accommodate them. The other company would call and confirm at least a day in advance. Dude called me three times while I was in a meeting, while already being on the property, uninvited. I won't name the technician, and don't really blame him, but that's just not how we do things.”
