“I've been using Homeshield Pest Control for over 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with their services. All of their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable & more than willing to go out of their way to meet your needs. A huge selling point for me was that they don't use any harsh chemicals in their product. I love that it's safe around my pets, yet effective where it needs to be. It's also reassuring to know if I need a service in between services (very rare), they are prompt in scheduling someone to come out asap, free of charge. They might not be the cheapest, but I firmly believe in "you get what you pay for." With that said, I still think they offer very competitive rates, maybe just a smidge on the higher end. “I was initially impressed with HomeShield but after the third inspection, I am not very satisfied. You are charging a good amount of money for sending over some youngsters who can’t await to get done with the job, doing a 10 minute service. Today I was scheduled for service, waiting at home and finally saw I got a service respond for a service that was not even done. Nobody was here?! The lame excuse was, the service guy was at the wrong house. Are you f$&@& kidding me?! How stupid do you think your customers are? This is a big no for a pest control service and you should be ashamed by providing such a lousy service. I will for sure cancel my service with you guys. Not cool at all!!!”
