“Our first time using this company and they were great! We thought we saw some termite activity, which was very upsetting, so I started checking immediately for someone to come out and do an inspection. I called them on a Monday and had an appointment for the next day (Tuesday). The technician, Dave, left me a text that morning to let me know when he'd be there (the window was 11:00a-1:00p), and got there just when he said he would. He was friendly and thorough, and spent about an hour inspecting inside, all around the house and under the house in the crawl space. He gave us a verbal report before he left and then emailed the final report to me Wednesday morning. Turns out it was a beetle we had seen, and we did not have termites, thank goodness. There was no charge for this service, and Dave was honest and did not try to upsell us for work that didn't need to be done. Customer service this good is almost non-existent nowadays. I highly recommend this company!”
