The technicians were unprofessional, seemed untrained, and failed to address the pest problem effectively. Despite multiple visits, the issues persisted, and they were quick to point fingers instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and unresponsive when I reached out to express my concerns. Instead of offering solutions, they brushed off my complaints and left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I regret choosing Zap Termite & Pest Control and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and professional pest control company.”

“Called to ask about one time services, the rep told me they do provide them but needed my information first before she could give me any pricing info. After giving her all of my info she then tells me they don’t have any one time services to provide me with but instead I would need to sign up for a monthly subscription. Complete waste of time and now I’ll be receiving ads and flyers in the mail.”
