“What a terrible service. I had 2 mice in my house. I caught 1 myself with a glue trap but couldn't catch the other one. I called for their service. They sprayed propel inside my place (which is a rodent repellent). I couldn't get back in my home for 7 hours because of the smell. Well Its now been 2 weeks and still the same mouse. I called to get someone out here. 1 tech called me back and told me to call back in to the office. He was too busy. Emailed them again. They never responded. Finally I got a call and I told them how unhappy I was. I wanted to talked to a manager. The manager never called me back. I called the following day. I was talking to someone that takes calls in the office. He said that he was going to refer me to a supervisor. Well he never called me back The guy that answers the phone in the office said they are going to cancel my service. I asked I should get a refund since nothing has been done. He said he would call me back. Still haven't heard from them Update: I talked to Albert about a refund. He refused to give me back 175 dollars for the Initial setup of spraying my house . I told him I would let the world know with these reviews Bad service, bad support, and bad business The pictures are 2 weeks into their service. I still have mice I contacted the BBB. They are not accredited there either. Will look into court issues. This company should be held accountable for what they do to their customers Reported them to consumer affairs and to the pest control board”
