“Used to be Hoosier Pest Control. The service was better before OPC took over. First of all they changed their services without notifying customers. They no longer use power sprayers only backpack sprayers. This was not told to us. Had a service in March still had issues with carpenter bees and ants. Come to fund out 3 months later (because that's how long it took to get a response) OPC does not treat the entire house. Only "problem areas". My house is wood so quite frankly I need the whole house treated like Hoosier used to do. Oh an mosquito service they are not turf certified from what I was told. So they do not treat the lawn only near the house and flower bed areas. No wonder why I still have a mosquito problem. Lack of transparency is a real problem. If you are going to change the service completely you should notify your customers and not let them believe they are getting the same service. Oh and you would think the service would be cheaper since you are not getting as much. But no, same price. Worse service. I will say the lady that called me back was very nice and apologized. I cancelled my service and will be finding a new one. If you are a current customer and Used this company when it was Hoosier I would call to verify the services you are receiving.”
