“We were referred to Jaime and Sons for a insect and bug issue my condo complex is having. They stated their fee included a 2 week follow up and monthly service after. I agreed and signed a contract. I paid for the initial visit and never heard from them for follow up. They sent one text, stating they were sending someone out without asking if someone would be home or is the next day would work for us as they needed to enter the condo. He stated someone will contact you to reschedule on June 29th. On July 5th I responded again as nobody had called me. To this day August 9th I still have not been contacted for a follow up I paid for. Edit: Bonnie has reached out to me and has informed me that one of their schedulers left without notice and did not leave notes behind. They were left to finish scheduling that had not been done and since we were new customers we simply fell through the cracks when they tried to cross reference who had and had not been scheduled. We were brand new cuatomers and no notes were left for our 2 week follow up. They sent a tech out on August 11th to spray and left a bill. When I called to let them know the 2 week was never done she scheduled another visit for this week to make up for it. The owner also gave us 3 months free because he was so extremely frustrated we fell through the cracks in the very beginning, although not entirely their fault im happy to say they made up for it and we certainly appreciate their kindness regarding our frustration.”
