“Stay far away from this company. The owner, Mr. Torres, completely fabricated about the quality of service performed. He stated that I told him not to spray in my bedrooms yet the video/audio on my cameras tell a very different story. Moreover, the original service to be performed was to be both the interior/exterior of the property. However, by Mr. Torres asking me what he should spray when he had clear instructions of what to spray before arriving at my residence is indicative of someone who doesn't know how to perform their professional duties. Mr. Torres's unprofessionalism is exhibited further by his refusal to come back to my residence and complete the tasks he was paid to do. Additionally, he used poisonous materials inside/outside my residence when it was clearly discussed with him the need to use safer, nonpoisonous materials so as not to harm small children/animals. It was very obvious through his conduct that he was spraying as little as possible to skimp on the quality of service that was needed at said residence. I beseech whoever reads this to be wise in your choice of pest control services as this man unequivocally demonstrates the need for the Better Business Bureau's oversight.”
