“Knight Pest Control, aka Arrow Environmental Services, does an excellent job. I have been using them for 4 years and never had a problem with them. They have wonderful employees who have always been friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I have cats and they can treat my home/yard with chemicals that are safe to use around pets. I get my home/yard treated 4 times a year. If I have any issues after they come I can call them and they will come back at no charge and treat again. I highly recommend them.”

“They were good about working on a better price. After that, communication in this company is poor. Don't arrive on time. Don't return calls and a/c and heat was working before they came, now doesn't work at all. Should have let the rodents run free, would have costs less. Very disappointed in this experience and they are working under Arrows name. I would not recommend.”
