“This company is well organized and established, they have the knowledge and experience, and the necessary gear for the job. They helped us twice dealing with mice in a two-family home in Roxbury. The communication and customer service were great. Keep in mind that pest control is not an exact science, things can get messy in places that are hard to reach, like under kitchen cabinets and appliances. Even after we hired a masonry contractor to fill and seal cracks and openings in the foundation walls around the basement- there were still mice running around, maybe they already built a nest inside the building. Ladybug helped us fill openings along edges of floors with steel wool, and we added sticky mouse traps and ultrasonic rodent repellers (don't use those if there are young kids or pets at home). “Just had Angie from Ladybug pest control arrive on time and proceeded to mouse proof my home. I’ve used this company before for ants and they too were abated. (the ants) Angie was friendly and kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope Ladybug’s services will no longer be needed at my home but, in the event I need them once again, I’ll have no problem contacting them again Jake”

“I'm sorry to write a mediocre review, but our experience (in an apt in Roxbury) was disappointing. A year after their treatment, no mice were caught in those black triangular plastic traps, and it did not appear that any mice ate the bait (poison) since they were still running around. I spent an hour crawling under the kitchen cabinets and filling holes with steel wool that I bought on Amazon. That should have been done by the pest control technician. I also plugged in a strong ultrasonic mouse repeller (also from Amazon) that works on shock waves. I understand mice are a persistent problem, and pest control is not an exact science, it can be messy. My point is- it may be more cost effective to hire a handyman to seal holes and spread glue or snap traps, also repellent tabs, all available online at low prices. Good luck !”
