“Kent and Dijon came out to provide services to the house after we found evidence of mice invading our space, and as you can imagine, there was no way we were able to get a good night's rest knowing there were critters running around! Both Kent and Dijon were prompt, courteous, extremely professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. They did a complete evaluation of the house, including determining the pattern for the rodents and how they were accessing our house. By the end of the visit, traps were placed, instructions were provided, and we had peace of mind as we went to bed that night. I am not familiar with the area, so I looked up places that could respond the same day, and LaJaunie's was on the list. The reviews were excellent, so I contacted them, along with another business in the area so that I could compare companies. I spoke with several people, including companies with a slightly lower price range, however, comparing what was offered, LaJaunie's provides more comprehensive services and follow ups than the other companies, and for the difference in price, it was totally worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend this company and ask for Kent and Dijon when you call!!!!!!”
