He was very prompt, professional and truly cared what my concerns were. I absolutely loved knowing that the spray He was using was safe for my kids and animals. He takes his job very serious and is very knowledgeable. It rained shortly after Dave left, (I was very Thankful for the Rain and so was Dave). When I called him, He said, "I was about to call you as well and let you know that I will be coming back out to spray again at no charge after it dries out". We both talked about how Thankful we were for the rain and would not complain one bit! Dave kept his word and did just that and went above and beyond to make sure that we were rid of the ants and spiders, He even chased down a red wasp in the house because I was allergic to them.
