“I had Mariners come out for termite service. They charged me $1400 and told me there was no need to tent my house that they could take care of the problem with a spray treatment. They were prompt, came out and did the service and it did not work. I reached out several times and they would not respond. Then two years later they called me because they wanted to remind me I was due for service again. I let them know I had been trying to resolve my issue and that they were unresponsive and their response was "okay, I'll make a note of that.' I do not recommend them.”

“When Mariners Pest Control first serviced my residence in Los Angeles County several years ago, they were outstanding with the inspection and application of pest control substance with my entire residence and garage. They treated my interior, attic, dwelling, garage, exterior, everything. However today when the Mariners Pest Control technician came to my residence to perform what I thought was going to be the exact same PEST INSPECTION and PEST TREATMENT as they did years ago, they DID NOT even come close in doing so! Their technician was not at fault, but it was (in my opinion) their management and very rude OWNER who did not follow through with what I ASKED for and what I thought we both agreed upon! And to ad insult to injury, the technician did not even go underneath my house dwelling to inspect and apply pest treatment. Bottom line, I paid $275.00 for 10 minutes of nothing! When I tried to explain this situation with the owner, he was rude, obnoxious and and a flat out jerk. Yes, I was very upset and disappointed about what was not done to my home and with was what I thought agreed upon. I very rarely post anything on line whether it's pro or con with a company that performs work on my residence. But this incident took the cake. This company (Mariners Pest Control) is obviously going to disagree with my assessment of the lack of work that I thought was going to be done to my family's home. Bottom line, it didn't happen! Sad, very sad! Good luck if you hire this company to perform any type of work at your precious home.”
