“We had paid Garrett for a full year of service in the Spring for $850, which would be for 8 treatments. After the 3rd treatment we asked for a special addition treatment for an outdoor event - he requested an additional $150 which we agreed. Garrett notified me 3 days before he would not be performing the service. When pressed for a reason he simply excused that he doesn’t have time. We were obviously not pleased given the 3 weeks notice he was provided, but our complaint resulted in Garrett’s texting us he would not continue servicing our lawn for the rest of the year, and send a refund check would be mailed. Needless to say, Garrett never sent a refund check, and now hides from our attempt to reach him. He is a very sketchy person, with no work ethic or business skills. His service was also sub par, spending 10 minutes on each service which was mostly spent sitting in his car. Use at your own risk.”
