I finally called pest Assasins and Chris Bruni came out the following day. He was professional precise and knowledgeable and found out it was actually a rat that was doing the damage. He took action right away sealing up outside and inside entry points and setting rat traps . The communication and professionalism displayed was above and beyond. His passion for the job and care for his customers is second to none. A home visit was arranged and Jay McNamara showed up on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. After hearing my concerns, he carefully checked around my home, and then proceeded to explain the process of extermination. He hit all the important points regarding safety to animals and people, what to expect and let me know that there were two paths going forward. These were the “one time application” and the “quarterly maintenance.” Honestly, I was looking for the least expensive option, but the price and the service caused me to rethink and after a few days of research, I ended up contacting Jay to sign up for a quarterly program.
