“I’ve been a customer for 3+ years and I had tech come out twice now stating they are unable to complete the service because they didn’t have the correct (natural) formula in their van. They stated they would reschedule for next day, but never showed and then they charged my credit card for the service and are stating that they did perform the service yet we were home the entire day and no one showed or left a hang tag and they are straight out lying to a point where I no longer trust this company. Too bd this company doesn’t seem to value their good customers.”

“Used their service last year and canceled due to their poor service after one treatment. Flash forward 6 months later they decide they are going to auto renew my service without my consent, treat my property without me knowing about it and then proceed to charge my card $60 for the service that I had no knowledge of nor gave them consent to do which counts as fraud. I attempted to resolve it civilly over 6 days, 4 phone calls, and 3 emails. Each and every time it was me reaching back out to them giving them multiple chances at making it right and they kept referring me to someone else in their company which seems crazy since they likely only have a handful of people working in the office. They have yet to call me back at all regarding the situation even though they assured me that someone else was going to handle it. Each time I called it got more and more ridiculous, I was told I had to speak to the office manager, then I found out that she was fired at the same time I was being referred to her, I was even told by one guy it was above his pay grade, I ended up having to do a charge back with my credit card company.”
