“Northwest placed poison bait traps in yard without notification. These traps contained the very worst rodenticide poisons that kill wildlife, our pets and do significant harm to the environment. When asked, northwest told us these bait traps were safe. Not true at all. Only use companies that will provide safe pest management without using harmful chemicals.”

“TL;DR great with other pests except mice. We have had success with NW Pest in regard to ridding our house of carpenter ants that plagued our kitchen and sealed up the corner soffits of our house to ensure that birds don't enter; however, mice was a different story... We had a technician come over because I was losing sleep while hearing scratching noises over my heads, turns out we had a small population of mice (not an infestation) and wanted to get rid of them. The technician threw some boxes upstairs in the attic, but did not enter the attic to truly check for the entryway of the mice. We went downstairs to check the bait traps that were placed downstairs and I asked them, "how long will it take to get rid of the mice in the attic" and they said, "you will never get rid of mice". Kind of disheartening to hear when you are constantly losing sleep over small scratching noises above your head. The technician continued to walk around the yard and sealed up a singular entry point, placed an external box (that would cost $45 per box if we needed more), and then left. There was a review that summarized my woes in a nutshell: I’m having a mouse problem. Here is what they will NOT do: 1 clean up feces or urine 2. Patch any holes bigger than a quarter 3. Not check your foundation for entry holes and patch them with steel wire and foam 4. Check behind your stove where they usually nest 5. Check thoroughly for droppings in closets etc. 6. The DO 1. Place bait traps- will check back in 2 weeks 2. Only open to 5P on weekdays- you will have to use your Saturday time to use them Please reconsider when choosing NW Pest Control. Thank you!”
