“I’ve had services from both Natura Pest Control and Aspen Pest Control, and the difference between the two has been night and day. Let’s start with price: Aspen charged me $141.18 for the initial visit, while Natura was $239.63. Aspen’s annual plan is $520, and Natura’s is $612, not even counting the higher upfront cost. Aspen uses a blue bait that clearly works. Their bait stations were always empty after visits. Natura uses a yellow bait, and the stations always looked untouched. Aspen technicians also went above and beyond. They serviced all stations, even ones that weren’t theirs, and even did free exclusion work using steel wool to help seal entry points without me even asking. Natura didn’t offer anything like that. When I brought up rodent activity in my garage to Natura, the tech brushed it off and didn’t treat the area until I threatened to cancel. That really told me a lot about the level of care. In the end, I realized I could just buy my own bait and stations on Amazon because these companies are just bait station subscriptions with no extra level of care. Aspen didn’t charge me anything when I cancelled, but Natura did. This isn’t a paid review — I just want to help others make an informed choice. I would save your money and get the supplies yourself, but If you’re deciding between the two, Aspen Pest Control is the one to go with.”

“I've recently discovered this company and am very happy with my choice. I appreciate their quick response time as to callbacks and scheduling services. I highly recommend joining their monthly maintenance plan. Their initial visit was to treat a ground nest of bald face hornets (aggressive). I joined the monthly plan soon after as the hornets had renested at their original site. I just had tech Ke Ohe return yesterday to treat a newly discovered nest of ground hornets. He was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly but efficiently.”

“Mark came to my house this morning to save me from the spiders! He was on time, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer any questions I had and I'm confident that the work he did today will have a huge impact on my spider problem. I was really happy with how fast Natura was able to send someone out once I asked for help. The pricing was on point and the service was fantastic!!! Thank you Mark!!”
