“I was very excited to use a local company, but I regret using this one. I saw a deal online, for half price on the first service. I did not see, nor did anyone tell me that was only if I signed up for a year, although that was my intention. After the first service, which went fine. I did not hear from them for over a month. When I asked when the next service would be they said they would get back to me. A week later I had to change companies. When I told them they were like, but now we have you scheduled. They didn’t care about getting back to me until I told them I was changing companies. I insisted on changing companies because of their poor customer service. They then informed me that the deal was only if I signed up for a year and they would send me a bill. I told them I was not made aware of it but I understood. I never got a bill so I was confused. I checked my credit card later that month and it turns out they just charged my card. I would have paid the bill, but I feel like they didn’t trust me. I just feel that the whole reason I quit using them was their fault and I had to pay the price.”
