“Promise a three visit treatment and only came twice I had to cancel once because I was involved in a serious car accident so I wasn’t able to follow up on the third treatment now they say it’s to late and won’t come out or refund last treatment. Lady on the phone is super rude and not helpful. I have on my ring camera the guy spent five minutes in my house during the times he was here and I called to ask about that and she said she would follow up and I never heard anything back. Have on camera him sucking the pest control out of his sprayer so how effective is it?”

“This place is a scam, wanted to sign up for service since I’ve had bad experience with Orkin, wanted to try them out while also letting them know about my past experience, was not looking for a service agreement of ONE YEAR, called over phone and had service scheduled for the day, after tech completes service I am handed a device only in signature mode where I cannot see anything else, asked what a signature is needed for and was told it was for his service he just performed, so I signed, right after to find out that signature is to lock me into a year agreement! Called to let them know I didn’t want a year and I was not advised or told anything about the signature locking me into a year agreement, then they charge me $82 after I tell them about my issue and not being understanding and taking care if the customer ME!”
