“The absolute worst. My family’s property has been a long time customer of this company for years. Decades actually. We will be putting our property on sale soon, and it will most likely be sold by the end of the year. We needed a one month break to deal with taxes, and other financial issues. I’m sure I am not the only one who has been hit hard lately by the weak economy. We were told we could call back when we were ready to restart. When we called back to restart one month later, and they refused to service our address because we will not be there for a full year or more. I offered to recommend them to the new owners when we sell, so they could keep the business of this property when we sell. They still refused. To refuse a simple request by long time customers, to put us on a monthly payment until this place gets sold, and to instead choose to lose business is not only weird and crazy but a bad business decision. Yes, let’s please continue to live in a box. No exceptions. No gray areas. No compassion, and definitely no logical thinking allowed. Looks like I am officially looking for a new Pest Control service who will agree to put us on a monthly payment plan. We will make sure to pass on your referral info to the new owners when we sell before the year is out. Therefore, you will retain this new business. I’ll post this in other service sites during my search. P.s. I also think it is very misleading that you claim that you have not serviced my address since December 2024, when The truth is that I paid up through January, and then called first thing February to try to work out a better arrangement that would suit both our needs. I then called today to alert you that I was ready to restart. You refused. You are now only making this offer below to “save face.” I do not do business with people who use and abuse their customers. I expect more respect, for somebody who has given you decades worth of business. Now your offer is to double the fee? How is that making things right for a customer who has been with you for decades? I promise you, I can find a better deal elsewhere. FYI, For anybody who reads this, RAID works just as well. Grab yourself a can of raid line the outside of your house with it, make sure to wear a mask, you’re all good. I received an insider tip from a sprayer that the raid formula is essentially the same thing as what they are spraying. By the way, this company also thinks it is a good idea to spray while it’s raining. I asked repeatedly not to do this, and they still will spray when it’s raining. Really?! 🙄 no logical thinking allowed here.”
