“Two Year Review- Definitely choose these guys for your pest solution services. I have been given the privilege to have the owner, Joe, work for me for 2 years now. He has been absolutely WONDERFUL to my family and I. I have no complaints. He is an upstanding guy with a literal heart of gold. His wife, Amber, is a sweetheart, too. Great group of trustworthy folks who always kill those pesky wasps. Joe also was such a kind soul. He checked under my home for termites because I was too scared to get under the crawlspace and do it for myself. He also helped me find a designated wasp hole and seal it up. He has done plenty of other things, but those were just the most recent things he has helped me with. One Year Review- On-It Past Solution always comes promptly with a wonderful attitude and great friendly service. It was definitely appreciated. Joe (the exterminator) and his wife Amber are always a pleasure to speak to. She helps me navigate my online portal while he helps eliminate my wasp infestation in the front yard. Without him, we would have a wasp colony in our roofs siding. I have been using their service for a year now and can pleasantly report that there have been absolutely no creepy crawlers in my home. The ants that try to go on my back porch have all died immediately. These guys are absolutely the best, so do not look elsewhere!”

“I chose On-It because they have some of the best reviews on Google and because their prices are perfect. Amber got my plan set up, scheduled our first appointment, and answered all my initial questions. Joe arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained where all of our bug issues were. He seems very knowledgeable about treating pest problems and helped me understand what likely was and wasn't happening. He got the spray and ant bait placed quickly. Within a day or two, there were dead ants everywhere! The treatment was effective, but a couple weeks later, we were still seeing ants. Joe came back out and treated more and gave me a clear plan for what we would do if the treatment didn't work. He pointed out that my gutters had wet leaves in them and that ants could be in those. I cleaned out the gutters, and sure enough, there were ants all over in the leaves! A couple weeks later, we were still finding ants, so we called On-It again. We moved from a quarterly to a monthly plan in order to better address our situation because we have an unbelievable amount of ants out here. Joe came out again. He is clearly concerned about figuring out the root problem, which is so great. He went above and beyond, even getting down in the crawlspace! Wow.
