“I just moved to Brevard county. I was referred by one of their customers that have been using their service for about two years and more. Her yard is wonderful, beautiful I explained exactly what I needed to this company regarding the weeds in the yard. Someone supposed to come out every other month and spray I have only had one person come out here. I’ve been waiting on a manager to give me a call for about five days now I was accessing a picture of the weeds because I do have a camera in my backyard that has proof nobody comes back there to spray. This is unacceptable service please don’t be fooled. Do your review. This is not a good company They take advantage of you and they don’t care and that’s the hurtful part. Before in after pictures.”

“I transitioned over to Turfmasters from a previous lawn company and since then my grass has finally started to turn green and look healthy. Working with Jen is so easy and effortless, she is always available to help me out with any questions or take a look at the lawn. She takes pride in ensuring that my lawn looks great and that I am happy. She has helped me transition my other services and checks in to make sure my needs are being met. I have also been working with Caitlin to feed my palm trees, plants and keep the insects at bay in my plants. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers and loves her job. She takes the time to explain things to you and always shows up with a smile and willing to teach you the things she is seeing. She is a pleasure to deal with. Adam always sends a text message before he comes out and when he comes asks if there is anything I am seeing that he should look and makes sure to take his time and fertilize the lawn. I mentioned to him I had some spiders in my caged area during one lawn treatment service and even though he wasn’t there for external pest he took the time to spray the caged area to help with the spiders. Max came out for a service call and completely understood my issues with the spiders in my caged area and took extra time to spray every area he thought they were coming in. He told me to call again if I saw more spiders as it might take few treatments to keep them out but he was determined to help me keep the spiders out. All in all my experiences with Turfmaster has been positive and I would refer Jen, Mike, Caitlin, Adam and Max to anyone that is looking for service, as each one of them take pride in what they are doing and want to ensure I am happy as a customer.”
