“Sorry to be the spoiler here. I hired Penn to keep my lawn green and weed-free. When I started to notice some weeds creeping in, they came out and sprayed. To my dismay, they used the wrong, infected chemical and the entire back yard turned brown. The technician tried to blame it on the man who cuts my grass! The owner came out to survey, admitted that was not the reason for the brown grass. They came out again with the proper fertilizer for the grass but said, if they tried to kill the weeds, the grass would die again!!!! I have lived in my home for almost 40 years and have NEVER had a lawn maintenance service say that. In addition, they NEVER leave any notification of service when they spray the lawn. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!”
