“I would’ve given 5 stars, but my last technician sort of “dropped the ball”. One of their responsibilities is to knock down/remove spider webs. This was completely missed around my front porch. We have coach lights on both sides and they were full of webs, as were the corners. I could understand if these were 20 ft up, but you could reach these with your hands and/or a 5 foot broom. Technician also left a door hanger without providing his name or indicating what was performed. (It should be noted there is a check box for removing spider webs on the card.) All that said, I did call customer service and she was very good, very apologetic. She set up an appointment to have a technician come out at the next available time and finish the job. Other than this most recent issue with the spiderwebs, I’ve been very pleased with Peachtree Pest Control, and would strongly recommend them. Most importantly, we don’t have any issues with pests in our home.”
