“Should not have to pay for a retreat. If it was done right the first time, there would be no reason to do it again. 3 straight years of carpenter bee treatment and all 3 had to be retreated. Either the technician wasn’t thorough or the chemical doesn’t work. Switching my business to someone who will do it right the first time or stand behind their work. Follow up: Pestech has now sent me a “reprimand” and threatened to send me to collections over the retreat where they didn’t do the job right the first time around. They also said they didn’t “appreciate my review.” Well Pestech, I don’t appreciate you charging me for a job not done correctly. You have been paid, but I hope that my review causes you to lose more money than the $85 I paid.”
