“Nice people on the phone however, I was not impressed at all at the level of service. We had multiple problems with mice in the house and after having Pointe out, they set multiple bait stations around the property. Within a month, the problem only worsened and we were now hearing them in the walls post bait stations. After calling Pointe, I was informed to just be patient. 6 months later and the problem was never solved by their technicians. $2 mice traps from Walmart with peanut butter on it as bait did far more then the bait stations. The real problem was when I called 2 months in to cancel due to the ineffectiveness of the bait stations, they informed me that I was stuck under a contract and there was no way out of it. I felt like I was just on a payment plan and they did not hold up their end of the bargain. Would not recommend.”

“This was the last time I will have Pointe come out to my house. I have notes on my account regarding the time I need them there and what I don't want them doing. This tech either didn't bother to read those notes or just didn't care. He showed up two hours before he should've, he removed stuff I've asked to have left, and he couldn't have performed the whole service as you can't get into my backyard without going through the house. I had asked for this service to have an inspection for rats under the house, which once again I needed to be there for in order for him to get under the house. Additionally, I always have them spray inside as the ants are usually starting to show up about the time of each service. That didn't happen either as I wasn't home and he showed up without notice the two hours early. On top of all that, they charged me $5 more without any notification. I'm cancelling my service with them after this incident. This is not the first time the techs have shown up early, but it is the last.”
