“Avoid this business and don't take seriously any promise that they will actually show up. We had an appointment with Premier for some time between 9am and noon and after calling them repeatedly was informed (at 12:30 pm, 30 minutes after the end of the window they provided) that it should be another two hours, maybe more, maybe less. While that was unreasonable and infuriating, what was worse is that they were entirely unconcerned about the fact that they weren't showing up as promised.”
