“I have called this company on two occasions. Both times the service has not resulted in any elimination of bugs. The second time someone came out they said they could do a quarterly program and I agreed. 3 months later I get a bill but still have so many lady bugs and stink bugs in my home. When I call l, I am told that they charged me 3 months late for the past service and I was not on a quarterly program. They also said that I needed to get an interior service to take care of my problem. When I asked why that wasn’t done the first time they said it’s because I didn’t request it!? I had asked them what I needed to get done initially as they are the “professionals”. So all in all, they messed up the billing, didn’t help with my bug problem and said it was my fault for not asking for interior and because I couldn’t remember who I spoke to about the membership. They offered no resolution except to come out again for another fee. I do not recommend this company and will not be using them again in the future”
