“WORST Customer Service EVER, since Corky's Pest Control acquired this company! I was a long time customer of ProPacific and in the past few months they've moved my appointment time 4 times and they will NOT return my calls after I've asked to speak with a supervisor. When I do speak with someone in customer service, they have a rooster crowing so loudly in the background I can barely hear the person. (I'm not kidding...a ROOSTER!) SO unprofessional!”

(They use third world clowns to run all their phone calls) I like doing business with people who can speak clear English that I understand! We have had problem after problem, after problem trying to work with them. The technician that they sent told us that there are always problems with scheduling and communication. Save yourself lots of headaches and money, and do the work yourself, or look for a small local company, Also do your research because this company and some other big ones like Corky’s, were recently purchased by another big company, and since then our service went from bad to worse. We must have tried getting their management to call us back a dozen times over the past three months in order to correct issues, but they just use their third world minions to give you lip service, There is nothing pro about this company. They are a bunch of total jokes! You can get much better results and save a lot of money and headaches by buying the necessary products and doing the work yourself. Believe that!”
