“David, the owner, did a complete home inspection. He showed me and explained everything that he found that needed repairing. We had a fixed price before he left our house which we view fair and acceptable. His crew arrived on time and finished the job right on schedule. Both of his crew members took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Their work was excellent including clean up. I had a broken tile on my roof which aloud for the rain to get down into the a couple of the rafters and cause wood rot, which was part of the repair quoted. They told me where I could a new tile and how to fix. Ten minutes after they left, they came back and installed a new tile on my roof. They remember that they had a left over tile in their truck. They did the tile repair for no charge. My wife and I are both very satisfied with their work and service.”
