“I was extremely disappointed it was working and someone found a baby possum I mean it was literally following someone to the store anyway I finished up what I was doing and then made bunches phone calls and Googled it and they were one of the numbers I chose cuz they were local anyway I was put on hold and for just a few minutes and then they told me sorry they couldn't help me and hung up on me that was so rude and disappointing when I needed help with a baby possum I mean at least they could have given me you know some tips of what to do or someplace else to call but instead they just hung up on me that didn't seem fair or right or even professional for that matter”

“Had a poor experience on the phone where I came home in the evening to a bat flying in my common room. I requested assistance getting the pest removed and was quoted 225$ for an emergency call. After mentioning the price was a little high for a single bat, which should be easy for a professional, the employee stated “Well I’m not going to come out for free” with an arrogant tone. I said that I can’t do 225$ to which he said alright have a good night and hung up. Just a rather rude and distasteful individual. Will not be using their services and see why people rate the company poorly. Have a great night sir!”
