“Anna was helpful when I called about not wanting to have the service and wanting to cancel the contract because we can’t afford it. She got a discount on the next treatment, but said she couldn’t cancel the contract. She was friendly but really couldn’t cancel the contract.”

“They were good at first but not anymore. For the past 2 quarterly services, the technicians have spent on average 6 minutes servicing my entire house (compared to 15-minute jobs previously). The technician claimed to have dewebbed as per their notes, but there were noticeable webs around the exterior of the house immediately after the service. For $169, I expect better. Sent in a complaint but no one responded to me. Canceling prior to our 2 year agreement is up due to sub-par service 2x in a row, and I'm now having to pay $150 discount payback fee, which makes each quarterly service $194. I could do a better job myself for WAY cheaper. No thanks.”

“Don’t ever use them. My husband signed up because they told him all our neighbors signed up. This was a lie. None of our neighbors have them. The first visit they told him they killed 3 black widow spiders in our basement. But wouldn’t show him. This was a lie. We still have spiders and random bugs and it’s been almost a year. I’ve been trying to cancel for the last 6 months but due to my husband signing up they will not let me cancel. My husband works late Mon-Fri and is busy and does not have time to cancel. They are only open Mon-Fri 8-4 for customer service. He has sent them emails letting them know I am his wife and we want to cancel. Nothing. The only thing I can say good about them is the guys that come out to do the service calls are nice. DO NOT SIGN UP ITS A SCAM”
