“Don’t let the word quality in their name fool you, with the exception of the nice owner, nothing is quality about the service they provide. Terrible experience from start to finish with our termite service...first, they gave us a 12 hour warning that they would be arriving at 6 am the next morning, while here they made a mess of our home including peeing all over the floor in our bathroom, also put my daughters mattress outside and didn’t let us know so it was outside the whole time we were out of town for 4 days, while painting they never put down drop cloths, so we have paint and caulking material all over the ground surrounding our home, I let them know they needed to come clean up and a month later they showed up, the very rude gentleman argued with me that that paint was old and they didn’t do it, which they absolutely had. Just a very frustrating and unpleasant situation with this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere...NOT quality!!!”
