“I initially vetted 5 companies including the larger ones. Hired and fired etc. Adair did a great job on educating and giving me a clear understanding on what was needed to keep my lawn (St Augustine)in great shape. I have now used them Big O on two of my homes with great results. My neighbors always complement me and ask who does my lawn. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but well worth it. The only recommendation (reason why not a 5) I have is to stop with the annoying payment reminders. It’s a bit excessive IMO.”

“Overpriced and office staff can’t answer the simplest questions. Initial spray $110? For what? My lawn is currently being serviced so it’s in great condition. So what are they charging $110 for? Well, I called and the girl on the phone couldn’t answer the question either. Instead, she deflected and was snotty. Needless to say, I wont be going with them.”

“They picked up my service a few years back - raised my price to a ridiculous amount and then dropped me because my location does not work for them anymore. I am too far away. 100 bucks a month is stupid high for pest control. The guy who serviced my account was fine. No issues with him.”
