“I called to set up a appointment or some hornets or wasps and some nests and also for some maintenance on a new construction house with some spiders after the long spiel, I was talked into the initial appointment being reduced and going forward with monthly payments of $30 for a year. The tech was scheduled to come out on Friday between 12 and four. I was told that they would call 30 minutes before on that Friday I called the company at about 3 o’clock asking where I was on the list and I was told that it was between 12 and four. 10 minutes after four I called the company and asked them where my technician was. I still hadn’t received a call and they said they weren’t sure but they were happy to take my $40 payment the day I booked the appointment. I proceeded to just tell them to cancel everything, considering I waited and wasted my whole day, I still haven’t seen a refund would not recommend”

“We cancelled service when they, without our knowledge signed us up for a monthly contract. Now, 4 months later, we are still having to try and cancel. We received a text that they were going to show up 6/4/24. I have tried to cancel the appointment today, and the people at customer service are anything but customer oriented. This is at best a shady operation- and I would not recommend anyone taking their service.”
