“This company bought out the previous pest control company I use for my apartment complex. Upon their initial spraying, twice they were a no show. This quarter, had an appointment set for 10:00 - 12:00, No show again. I called to vent my flustrations and the manager called, assured me he would be there today at 10:30. Called this morning confirming the time, because he couldn't read his notes. Told me he could be there at 10:00 and would even be a little eariler. I waited on him till 10:10. Normally this woulde not be a big deal, however when you're a no show 3 times, I expect the manager to keep his word. He goes in the first apartment, with something small in his pocket. Speaks to the renter, asks if he's having any bug problems, he replys no, Only in there for 30 seconds, I ask what he sprayed in the apartment. His reply is the entry ways. I had told him that the whole apartment get sprayed, Hence the term "Quarterly Maintenance" and with that small device in his pocket, how is he going to spay 26 apartments with that. Very Disappointed and a total waste of a lot of my time....”
