“I have developed such a strong relationship with Larry my service provider. But the front office. Whew The front office makes the entire experience, convoluted and complicated for no reason and all they have to do is TEXT me when my service is scheduled. Doesn’t seem like it’s that difficult, but it has been an uphill battle to have the office reach out to me to ensure that I have the time I need to do my due diligence that’s necessary with two dogs to take full advantage of the services that I’m PAYING for. I have almost canceled my service more than once and actually did it while I was still under my builders warranty before because the front office is not managed well at all. And when I pointed this out to the young lady who answers the phone, doesn’t deliver services to clients she ANSWERs the phone; who then became very agitated with my directness and my frustration for PESTUSA back office failing me month after the month after month and followed up with the office manager, the office manager had the audacity to tell me a disabled veteran That WE have a responsibility to ensure that I receive good customer service and I should be mindful of the young person‘s feelings. I’m not saying this generation is doomed, but I will tell you managing their emotions is not a group activity. It is an individual responsibility and when you are on the clock getting paid for your services you better muster the strength and Will to know how to do your job, maintain YOUR own composure instead of asking people who don’t have a job anywhere to basically be “professional “. IKYL! Fish rots from the head is what my daddy taught me. When it comes to Pest Control, if the front office is the problem, doesn’t the solution seem simple? Speaking with my neighbors this is a persistent issue. I’m not unique ergo I AM NOT the problem.”
