“Not sure why basically I got ghosted by the technician when it first he was so excited to help us. But when we tried to contact him back he would not ever contact us even after I called their National number three times in the last time I was told he would contact us but he did not so I'm sorry but he gets one star. If I could give him a zero I would have. However the office staff gets a five-star cuz they are very nice and understanding they checked to see if Patrick was there and she said she contacted him and he was supposed to contact me within the hour but never did so I'm just ready to move on and even though they might be really good to everyone else they were horrible to me.”
