After carefully analyzing the situation, he kindly educated us that we do not need to be worried, he even said not to worry about a house call charge… He even returned the pest to the outdoors after explaining it serves its purpose in the environment; I was impressed with such an ethical & humane approach. “I used this service for a seasonal spray for overall protection against summer insects. The company told me that the work was guaranteed, and the website states so for "60 days." Within a month of the service, I noticed a hornets nest developing on my home and asked for a re-inspection and additional spray to remove the nest. The owner said he would return, but he never did and eventually stopped responding to my phone calls and text messages all together. The seasonal spray seemed to work except for deterring the hornets. Because this company was non-responsive, I had to pay another company to come to remove the nest when I should not have had to incur this expense. I informed Shulers of this and received no response. Unfortunately, I do not think I will use this company again because they did not uphold their guarantee and stopped communicating with me. I really expected more given the good reviews, recommendations from others in the area, and advertised years of experience.”
